With the 1st November 2019 application date for the amendments to Part L and Part F of the Building Regulations fast approaching, architects in particular need to be aware of the significance of the proposed changes. The fact that they are being simultaneously applied is also important as, to successfully deliver NZEB, it is necessary that Part L and Part F work hand-in-hand.
To detail and explain the changes, and to offer guidance in understanding them, Emmanuel Bourdin, Advisor in the Built Environment Advisory Unit of the Department of Housing, Planning and Local Government, will present a Breakfast Briefing (10am on the first day of the forthcoming Architecture & Building Expo (Main Hall, RDS, 4/5 October 2019). Complimentary tea/coffee/croissants on arrival. Attendance is free but places limited. Please CLICK HERE to Register.
