While words such as unprecedented, “new normal” and unforeseen have infiltrated our daily lives almost as much as the Covid-19 pandemic itself, as we emerge from lockdown the language will change with resilience, resurgence and inspiration reflecting our determination to meet and overcome whatever challenges we face.
Indeed, this new positive language is very much evident in the construction sector where site activity and employment levels are accelerating on a daily basis. It augers well for the coming months and it is against this background that Architecture+Building Expo, held in conjunction with the RIAI Annual Conference, is going ahead on Tuesday and Wednesday, 24/25 November 2020.
These new later dates were chosen in the context of Government guidelines, with all health and safety protocols being observed during build up and over the two days of the event itself.
There is a great desire for face-to-face meetings, albeit regulated by appropriate hygiene and social-distancing measures. Architecture+Building Expo will deliver that. It is the established meeting place for the country’s top architects, architectural technologists and other building professionals and specifiers. Apart from the obvious networking opportunities, the industry’s leading product and system solutions providers will be exhibiting.
In addition, there will be a full programme of related events including the presentation of the RIAI Awards 2020, the Product of the Show Awards, The Interior Architecture and Design Awards, and a whole series of seminars and workshop presentations.
Put the new dates in your diary now!
