Innovation has always featured strongly at Architecture + Building Expo but this year’s Architects’ Choice Product Awards highlighted technology advances and new design concepts on a much greater scale. While all were unique and designed for many different applications, the common thread throughout was an emphasis on sustainability, carbon reduction and the circular economy.
The quality of the entries presented the judges with a major challenge but the forensic, two-stage assessment process, which also includes a face-to-face discussion with stand representatives, eventually yielded the following results.
